The doormen were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean. The location was superb, near the Town Hall. I found these aspects particularly nice.
My room was at the back of the hotel. It was VERY noisy, I hardly slept. I only got two teabags and a tiny bottle of milk, not exactly five-star. I found these aspects quite annoying.

helpful staff convenient parking
The staff were professional. Their helpfulness was excellent. I found the room to be a good size, and the super king bed ensured a restful sleep. I also liked the convenient parking at the nearby shopping center at a reasonable price, super king bed.

spacious room enjoyable thermal suite plentiful options
The room was spacious, clean, and included a comfortable bed. the thermal suite was particularly enjoyable. I recommend it highly. breakfast offered plentiful options to choose from,.
Some areas looked a bit jaded. I hope they restore it to its former glory soon.

our beautiful room included fab facilities, like a large comfortable bed. there was a separate area for tea and coffee. the room size provided ample space to move around, very nice!

Staff members were friendly and helpful. everyone was dressed smartly. They offered kind and efficient service. when i asked for a recipe, the chef shared it with me. It was a very nice gesture.

Continental breakfast was included, a welcome surprise. upgrading to a full cooked breakfast cost around £12.50 per person. the restaurant offered artisan cheeses and an excellent wine selection. It was an lovely meal.

central location easy parking
The location is central. Stepping out puts you right in the heart of things. the parking connected to the hotel made everything really easy (no need to stress about finding a spot!).
my room faced the main street, it got pretty loud late into the night.

Okay stay, some issues noted
beautiful suites vegan options calm presence expensive wine slow service incomplete order
My event took place in the Belgrave and Westminster suites. Both suites were beautiful, the setup perfect. Food options included vegan choices, very important. Ryan, the toastmaster, helped put in a dance floor and he was a calm presence.
I noticed the minibar wine was expensive, a half bottle cost £22. Slow breakfast service was an issue, this day. The room service order was also incomplete, this morning.
