our beautiful room included fab facilities, like a large comfortable bed. there was a separate area for tea and coffee. the room size provided ample space to move around, very nice!

Staff members were friendly and helpful. everyone was dressed smartly. They offered kind and efficient service. when i asked for a recipe, the chef shared it with me. It was a very nice gesture.

The location is central. Stepping out puts you right in the heart of things. the parking connected to the hotel made everything really easy (no need to stress about finding a spot!).
my room faced the main street, it got pretty loud late into the night.

My event took place in the Belgrave and Westminster suites. Both suites were beautiful, the setup perfect. Food options included vegan choices, very important. Ryan, the toastmaster, helped put in a dance floor and he was a calm presence.
I noticed the minibar wine was expensive, a half bottle cost £22. Slow breakfast service was an issue, this day. The room service order was also incomplete, this morning.
